Crown Prince Academy marked its Termly Reading Tent program today, February 24, 2011.
As part of the activities, a Resource person from E-TV Ghana, made a presentation to students of the Annex, comprising Stage 5 to JH 3.
Mr. Kodieh Anomah Paul, a visually impaired News Caster, oriented the students on the process of News Stories coverage, to when the news is read on TV as final product.
The essence of the Reading Tent program is to encourage the pupils and students to acquire varied story books and read wider.
Making a comment after the presentation, the Head Master, Joseph Appiah Addo, overly impressed with Mr. Kodieh, charged the students that they had no excuse to fail in life. He said: “ To succeed or fail in life is one’s own choice”. On account of Mr. Kodieh’s success story, he had this to say: “Mr. Kodieh could have chosen to beg for alms on the streets as an easier option just like some of his contemporaries, but he chose to have a dignified life; sweating to break grounds. No one has an excuse to fail in life”, he concluded.
